Cleaning Procedures

Keeping our members healthy is of utmost importance to us.

Our cleaning process is a two-step process.

Step 1: We ask that you clean toys prior to return. Don’t worry about sanitizing toys, we’ll take care of that! But please do remove any dirt, crumbs, pet hair, snack gunk etc. so that they are ready for sanitation.

Step 2: We will sanitize toys using an amazing non-toxic product, Force of Nature. Force of Nature is a hospital-grade EPA registered disinfectant and sanitizer. For soft items, a washing machine is utilized.

Lost/Broken/Late

Toys were made to be played with and we expect basic wear and tear! However, when the worst happens, here’s what to expect:

Broken/Lost Toy

Here are your two options:

  1. Buy the identical item and bring it in as a replacement.

  2. Pay a replacement fee. The fee will be at our discretion given the age and condition of the toy.

Missing Parts

We’ve all been there! If you lose a part, we’ll give you a little extra time to look for it. If you can’t find the part and the item still works without it, we’ll charge you a small replacement fee at our discretion. If the missing part renders the item incomplete and the item can no longer be used, we will treat it as a broken toy, giving you the two options above.

Late Toys & Missed Pickups

If your toy box isn’t out when our driver arrives on your scheduled exchange day (deliveries start at 9:00 AM), we’ll attempt to contact you. If our driver needs to make an additional trip on a different day, a $5 Missed Delivery Fee will be added to your account, and we’ll reschedule your exchange.

If your child is loving a toy and you’d like to renew your toy box, please let us know at least 24 hours before your exchange day. This gives our delivery drivers enough time to schedule their routes.
