Here’s What To Do:

  1. Become a Member:

    Choose from our membership options. Purchase a membership and receive an email within 24 hours with your username and a prompt to create a password.

  2. Reserve your toys:

    Look through our toy catalog and reserve your toys by Monday before exchange day (Wednesdays). Your membership determines the number of toys you can check out. Read about our point system below. We will lovingly box up your toys and have them ready for you! Worried you’'ll miss the reservation window? We’ll send a reminder email!

  3. Receive your toys:

    Your toys will be dropped off on your front porch on exchange day (Wednesdays). Please send us a message if you have any special drop off/pickup notes, like toys being placed somewhere particular. You’ll receive a message when your new set of toys have been delivered!

  4. Play!

    Enjoy your toys for two weeks! If you love them and no one else has reserved them, you’re welcome to extend your current set by another two weeks.

  5. Return and repeat:

    Simply clean your toys and place them back in their packaging and toy box. On exchange day, leave the set of toys on your porch and get ready for a new set to be delivered! Lose or break a toy? It happens! Click here for what to do. If you forget to put your old toy set out, we’ll try again on another day and there will be a small missed pick up fee.

The Point System:

Classic Membership: borrow 5 points of toys at a time

Grand Membership: borrow 10 points of toys at a time

On Exchange day, return your set of toys and receive another set of toys.

How are points calculated?

Point values are based on retail value of the toy

  • $1-25 = 1 point

  • $25-50 = 2 points

  • $50-75 = 3 points

  • $75+ = 4 points

No toy is worth more than 4 points (so you’ll always be able to check out more than one toy at a time!)

For example, you have a Classic membership which allows you to borrow 5 points worth of items. Maybe this exchange you choose:

Vet set (1 point)

Next time, you choose:

Horse stable (1 point)

Fireman costume (1 point)

Set of toy monkeys (1 point)

Lakeshore treehouse builder (2 points)
