You will receive your box of toys delivered to your porch on exchange day (Wednesday) during business hours. At the same time your previous toys will be picked up. If you have any special delivery requests (eg: a specific table to put it on or you prefer we hand deliver it to you), there will be a space to note that when you give us your address.

We currently deliver in Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley.
Do you want us to come to another city? Fill out our interest form and we’ll add it as soon as we have enough interest to bring deliveries to your area!

We get it, things happen! But your family should feel comfortable to really PLAY with the toys, that’s what they’re for! If it becomes unusable for future rotations, there will be a replacement fee.

Keeping our members healthy is of utmost importance to us! We ask you to send toys back wiped down, and we take care of the sanitization with a non-toxic hospital grade cleaner.

Nope! The month-to-month option is exactly that. You can disable auto-renew anytime you’d like.

Yes! You may reserve items up to one week before exchanging. The reservation window closes 24 hours before your exchange day, to give us time to prepare your order for delivery!

If you’d like to exchange your toy box a week early, feel free to schedule a pickup/delivery on the previous exchange day (Wednesday). As we expand, we hope to offer more exchange days and greater flexibility!

Yes! We offer a mini membership (2 week membership for $30).

We ♡ donations! Anything we are unable to keep will be donated to a reputable site. If you have high quality toys that you are interested in selling, we’d be happy to consider purchasing your item(s) from you. Email us at hello@carouseltoysaz.com
